Manche Patientys gehen nach Feierabend nicht aus dem Kopf. Insb. wenn du einen Arztbrief schreibst, in dem körperlicher und psychischer Aufnahmebefund 3 Seiten füllt und selbst für akutpsychiatrische Verhältnisse eigentlich eine Triggerwarnung benötigt.

Not much help, I know, ich hatte die Situation selbst auch noch nicht, aber ich würde auf jeden Fall Kasse und Praxis anschreiben, dass die das ändern müssen und dann mal schauen was sie antworten?
Gute Frage… also beim Arzt geht das relativ easy im System, Krankenkasse ist was anderes, weil damit ja Abrechnungsziffern zusammenhängen…
Grundsätzlich müsste sich das änder lassen, ich würde die Krankenkasse anschreiben und wenn sie sich anstellen muss es halt eine Ärztin bestätigen oder so?
