I'm getting a little tired slapdash "romance" in games.

Played Bloodlines 2 and the "romances" are singular flirt lines to certain NPCs that do nothing storywise beyond waste your time with a cut to black and some sound effects.

It's not a "romance" unless you fall in love with strippers.

In other news, I almost have my FFXIV main at all 100's. Just Dark Knight to go before I am all 100's baybeeeeeeee.

With the Great Firewall of the UK being erected and Visa/Mastercard being swayed by crazy cat ladies, I think we're in the end times now.

At least I can say I was right all along.

Next class in my quest to All 100's in FFXIV is Black Mage and it's the first class where I literally can't use it effectively without completely changing my hotbar.

I wanted fire and blizzard all nice and neat but I guess Fire/Blizzard IV will get their own little section.

I did a dungeon run as SGE for the first time in eons and had much more fun slamming buttons trying to remember what to do.

My FFXIV progress is going well. I have now maxed out a good chunk of my classes!

I'm genuinely thinking about getting into Warhammer in the same way I get into World of Warcraft.

So I've played Fire Emblem a lot recently and want to finish up this New Game+ but also like... I can just watch the romance scenes on YT. Dozens of hours of game time for the one thing I want to see feels wasteful, as worth it as it was to get those final summaries.
