Does anyone know if this statement is true re: IV amiodarone for sustained monomorphic VT (from Uptodate 🙄)

"Pts already taking PO amiodarone chronically are unlikely to respond to additional ("reloading") high doses of amiodarone. The latter may in fact cause VT to become slower but incessant."

Does anyone have any similar dashboards already?
