Secondhand but I have heard a lot of lawyers got into law either because of My Cousin Vinny or Legally Blonde. My Cousin Vinny is supposed to be a surprisingly accurate movie about law, while Legally Blonde has a very positive lawyer protagonist and lawyers don't get a lot of heroes in media.

My issue with Trolley problems is that it all hinges on the idea that murder through willful action and murder through deliberate inaction are somehow morally different. You have to put it in this very specific weird context because otherwise it falls apart.
