Dis face? 😂

Jon Snow hopes you have a good day, BlueSky. He’s ready for his morning kissies.

Me, too. Save me a seat.
Artist GAKHED films their cats on a 1999 Sony camcorder and scores their clips with original compositions. If you need to exercise your feels, this YouTube channel is the place. Best home movies ever.
I just found GAKHED this morning and my life is all the better for it. 💕
Crikey, a dozen Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts is $16.50 in my town, and you can only get the original glazed hot intermittently. I’m old enough to remember when they were $2.50 a dozen and hot 24/7.
Farewell, sweet donuts because these are probably the last ones I’ll ever buy from here. 😢
Mr. Joe is well on his way to becoming a film critic’s critic. He would give you a thumbs up or down, but he doesn’t have those and he isn’t thrilled about that.

A clip from the Merlin Bird ID app showing the following birds present in the right half of our backyard at twilight this morning: Carolina Wren, Northern Cardinal, Northern Mockingbird, White-throated Sparrow, and Winter Wren.
A clip from the Merlin Bird ID app showing the following birds present in the left half of our backyard at twilight this morning: White-throated Sparrow, Eastern Towhee, Northern Cardinal, and Carolina Wren.
This morning’s twilight delivered an unusually euphonious gathering of birds to the back yard. The first grouping is for the right half of the yard, and the second is from the left half.
I just love our backyard TV and the Merlin Bird ID app.

Would you like one boop or two with your coffee?
We are looking forward to viewing.
Superb post. Deckled, dentelle, and gauffered are three of my favorite words within the beautiful lexicon of books.
Merry Santa Paws Day to you and yours! ~Jon Snow
A parody of V.C. Andrew’s iconic book cover for “Flowers in the Attic” depicting the dormer window of an attic. In the window is the face of a ground squirrel instead of a human girl. The squirrel’s paw rests on the edge of the window sill. The parody title reads “Squirrels in the Attic.” Appropriate credit assigned to Virginia Andrews.
To the squirrel family currently living in our attic:
We appreciate you going through all of our gutters to find the acorns. Would it be too much trouble to throw the leaves down to the ground instead of neatly putting them back?

Jon Snow is enjoying our 71 degree weather this Christmas Eve. Look, he even placed his socks with care because for all Santa knows, Jon’s been a pretty good boi this year.

I read that too fast and thought you said you need to go get your pants.
That’s your diaphragm talking to you. It’s saying you aren’t getting enough oxygen and it’s contracting to force you to take in more air. Slow, deep breathing will relax your diaphragm and fix it.
If you time your meds with your cat’s feeding times, the cat may remind you that it’s time to take your medications.
Our feline babies fully understand our home’s Not for Kitties policy but choose to disregard it without remorse.
In a way, he is tasting the air to detect any aroma molecules, yes! This helps them decipher scents even when they are old or very faint.
Cats are not the only animals that have a Jacobson’s (vomeronasal) organ but they might be the funniest looking when they use it.
I’m very impressed with Joe’s Jacobson's organ.
Think of what happens at a wine tasting. We sniff the wine, and our brain processes that data. Then we take a sip and swirl it in our mouths to gather all of the flavor notes possible and break down the flavor complexity. Then we spit it out.
You are correct, he is using his Jacobson's organ to decipher the smell.
Relatable! This was the one time I tried repositioning the kerplopped toppings on a frozen pizza. I let hubs do it now. 🤣
“The unread pile of books shouldn’t be guilt-inducing but reassuring; proof that we have access to thoughts and stories we might love. Bookshelves show what subjects and ideas spark our curiosity. Owning a book can be as emotionally satisfying as reading it.” www.vogue.in/content/in-d...
Hang in. Totally worth it.
Name one.
We’ll wait.
