Wow - thanks so much, Ken! We appreciate you listening and taking the time to post. Who else should we be talking to in 2025?

Great conversation - I appreciated how the game ideas were very student-oriented and feasible. Well done, all.
This! (Though I've learned a TON from books...and youtube...by myself, so there's a place...)

Oh wowβ¦could there be a more perfect and terrible product for these times?
It feels like these are coming at just the right time - thank you.
Again, I agree we're not talking enough about this AND have enough research/data about it to make informed decisions. Because of character restrictions, I put the references used in a google doc here. Open to any and all feedback: docs.google.com/document/d/1...

Thanks for this. There are genuine concerns. Most arguments I hear, however, are hyperbolic or "large-scale analogies" (the moon-and-back) that don't compare with our everyday energy use concerns. What I'm attaching is quick research - I made it with ChatGPT 4o and Google so it might be wrong.

βthey felt like an insiderβ - absolutely love this phrase. Reminds me of Michelle Millerβs βsame side pedagogyβ idea that Iβve referenced many times since reading it - thank you
We just used it at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as part of a "Digital Learning Book Club" with a great response. Four Zoom meetings for four chapters + async discussion. One faculty said, "This is the best PD I've had in a long time." Sparked a lot of questions, conversation, and care.
Amazing. Did you ever listen to Marvel Wastelanders podcast series? Very well done.
