This piece is about the increase of maternal mortality rates in states that have severely restricted or outright banned abortion since the SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade. In English, the title means "Festus Over All." The piece resembles a shrine in which the fetus is elevated to an object of worship over the skeleton, which represents the body of the mother.
