Oh I sprang for the lights as soon as I saw them in the shops. Also those rail pieces kept sliding off the holder so I never bothered with more than one being held in the claw. Oil barrels delivered to crater is where it's at though! 2.4k each!
I found a path that supported max weight so I didn't have that concern. Metro gets iced in at some point though, so you're not missing out.
