Animating for Next Wave is making me remember how much I enjoyed animating back in the day. Might do some more animations at one point, maybe

To me, animation is the most draining part of game development. I love animation, and the final project usually makes me proud, but after three or four solid animations, the last thing I wanna do is make another one 💀

Next Wave is helping build my endurance for it though, so that's good!

Okay, now I'm done with daily art. There probably is more, hidden in some games somewhere, but I'll post those some other time, cause I don't feel like digging through even more, but I'll post more art when I have it!

Another Detective Liz idle animation (for some reason). Even though she doesn't have powers, Liz is incredibly smart, and designs some of her own technology, including her impact-multiplying gloves! They amplify her already-abnormal physical strength to match her foes. #pixelart

A soul warrior, a character in a game that I have no idea if I'll ever actually make. Basically the concept was a Christian fiction metroidvania with Souls-like combat, since I think the vast majority of Christian fiction games are kinda bad most of the time? Never got further than this. #pixelart

An old birthday gift for a friend when I was still learning animation and pixel art. I think it's very meh now, obviously can do better, but I'm not mad at it considering what else I was making at the time. My friend likes vampires, if it's not obvious. #pixelart

Speaking of old branding, this is a REALLY old PFP for my channel. Twas before the screen head was ever a thing, and back before I had grown out my hair too (I have dreads now0. This was also made pretty early into my foray into making #pixelart so it uh...it sucks to be honest.

The old intro to my YouTube channel, using the old branding and such. I was really proud of it initially, but I dunno, nowadays it feels really boring, not to mention most of YouTube moving away from intros for the most part. I still like intros but meh, the meta I guess #pixelart

Even though it didn't win anime of the year (for SOME reason), I really love Frieren, and I made a comic crossing over with one of my favorite video games, Elden Ring! I hope there's some crossover between the fans of both of them though #pixelart
