Even middle grade fiction writers can use a prayer or two at this time - please? Thanks.

Intended to do a simple site edit and ended up with a new feature for my signature MG story. Those are the best ideas. Stand by for The Mayer's Opinion (as in Amy Mayer).
Hope everyone in the writing community are well. Anyone attend a boot camp this year?
There are many who are gnashing their teeth over the state of the world, that's for sure.
My apologies for the long absence - life is taking its toll.
I'm here - angry with certain individuals who are trying to wreck government but I'm here. What that has to do with my 3 WIP's not sure, but I've often found that I write better when I'm angry or nervous.
Trying hard to overcome "temporary chronic pain" to restoke my MG signature novel into made-for-TV film, and on the lit side to work on my other two MG's (one has a connection to the first). It's not easy as we all know - to convert from a novel to screenplay is hard but not impossible.
I think the hardest thing about writing is not making Ai write for me (it keeps writing a few words ahead). One possible solution - use a pencil and paper, or use Word sans Wifi. Ai is sure pesty...
I'm becoming more comfortable being here - Twitter was my main form of social media since 2009, so the change has taken time. I might be slightly autistic, because change is never easy for me, though more likely I'm just old-fashioned. I prefer landscape changes over decades, not months.
In the past 10 days the Twitter topic "Children's Books" received a total of 10 posts. I think it's safe to say the move to this platform was successful.
Slow but sure.
Lately I'm finding Ai types ahead of me whenever I post on the Internet, and it's to the point I may have to use my typewriter more often. It's dangerous, because it makes a person lazy and at the rate things are going, people will let Ai think for them - even if it's wrong.

Building up my following list (hope they will follow me, too). Slow but sure. So far, so good. All the positive cliches : )
Things are so toxic on that other site it's stressing me, so I'm going to spend much more time here. I'm also here hoping to convert my signature MG novel into a made-for-television movie script, because the main focus of my story is a girl's bedroom floor. You read it right....
Trying to get my writing projects restarted....
A big thanks to all who've returned my follow - hoping for many more to come!
Anyone participating in NaNoWriMo this year? I wasn't able for several good reasons, but so far it seems to be going well...
Negative talk out there about MG's future, but I recall the advice from 10 years ago - if the story is good kids will read it...
Blue sky, smiling at me, nothing but blue sky do I see... #oops #lol
A big thank you to Sherman Dorn for donating an activation code! I'm hoping this platform will be a much better daily experience.
