First step, after removing all the styling product, is to no show crimp the entire thing. It’s from Aoi Wig and while I ADORE Aoi for bases, they’re challenging to heat style because the fiber is so slippery. I hate crimp lines and don’t normally jump to “crimp everything” but this wig needs it.

Her spiraling after another kill of someone who clearly had a goal was delivered masterfully, this time by the hand of director and storyboarder Shinya Kawabe. Drowning into the nothingness she perceives herself as, even though this is in and of itself already tangible human emotion
But even with those similarities & the fact that both are remarkably good at killing, all that context makes it clear that Yuki is wrong. She's not a nonchalant, uncaring killer, but merely too depressed to value her feelings as equally valuable as others - or even as existing at all
For one, changing the order makes it clear that there's something not too dissimilar between Yuki & queen of psychotic murder Kyara. Without giving it much thought, the former became Mishiro's unreachable ideal & sent her on a self-immolating course, kinda like the latter did to Moegi
Shiboyugi's final stretch would be an all-time great sickos anime on its own, but it's even more compelling in the context of such a transformative adaptation. Every single structural change & original addition before this final arc make this conclusion more deliciously twisted

In this episode of Cosmic Baton Girl Comet-san, Comet ends up upset because she feels like she's being ignored.
The subs for the show then stall for **18 years** till 2024 when the subs end up finished.
I don't think there's a more insane time gap between an anime being subbed fully than this.
When Akira Amemiya made an excellent Gridman short, they let him make the EVEN BETTER SSSS. Gridman.
We need to let him do the same after that Transformers short he did. Doubly so after how much Transformers is already in the excellent SSSS Gridman.
