Especially when so many folks are kind enough to explain /how/ they went about finding a trustworthy manufacturer. Just because they won't give up the exact details of their specific factory doesn't mean they're 'gatekeeping' 💀💀
Especially when its a manu for full products, it absolutely makes sense to me that artists keep that info close to their chest. They put in the work & took the risks to find that quality factory & build that strong working relationship. Why should we be entitled to the results of their hard work??
I don't necessarily regret sharing that early manu, in my case for printed fabric labels for plush making, but it did really suck to essentially lose them completely and have to start looking all over again for someone new because they just didn't have the resources to handle the workload they got
