Scotland, we can make this happen if most of the people voting SNP1 also vote Greens2.
(That's voting SNP in the Constituency vote and Greens in the Regional List vote !!)

Even over 1 million votes for the SNP in 2021 returned just 2 list seats.
The data in the graphic shows why.
The SNP are projected to win 63 of the 73 constituencies, they’ll get few (or no) regional list top-ups.
The more constituencies they win, the less they benefit from the list.
