I mean he was ok and scored a goal but Lewis Hall was head and shoulders above every other player on the pitch
Great performance from #nufc bar the last 5 seconds. Proud of the shift the team put in. Gotta hope the struggles of 25/26 can be used to make us better in 26/27.
Worryingly though doesn't feel like Barca have expended much effort or gone through the gears...might be down to us neutralising them...

Absolutely, like you, I don't think nufc has ever been anything more than a small to medium sized concern for PIF, but the richer they are the more likely they are to splash their ill gotten gains across all their investments
It might or it might not. PIF won't stuff the proceeds of an oil boom under a mattress though, they'll invest it. Like they did when they bought nufc in 2021 and oil prices were 40% higher than what they were at the turn of this year...
I expect they are pretty pleased about the oil price though...from a 5 year low to a near 20% increase in one weekend. PIF is substantially wealthier today than it was on Friday...

Problems in absolutely every area of the pitch. Goalie & defenders making basic errors. Midfield not protecting the back, not creating going forward, attacking press is a mess and forwards miss chance after chance. Big to do list. Yikes. #nufc
