Got to love a bit of Jonathan Pie to put the Musk shitshow into context: www.facebook.com/JonathanPieR...

I’m enjoying these things way more than I probably ought! πŸ˜‚

It’s like a satirical fever dream nobody asked for.

If this lineup were a collective noun, I’d suggest β€œa calamity of clowns” or perhaps β€œa grift of grandees.” Either way, it’s proof the nation’s absurdity quota remains well-stocked. Still, kettle on, carry on!

It’s like they trade their backbone for a bank account and forget how to function as decent human beings.

Someone needs to make this happen! …imagine all that surface area for butter and jam.

Hard to argue with that sentiment. Musk’s behaviour often seems more like a chaotic algorithm than anything resembling basic humanity. If only there were a way to reboot him with a conscience…!

Absolutely! Liz Truss didn’t just crash the economy - she set it on fire with reckless policies that benefitted the wealthy at everyone else’s expense. Her arrogance and refusal to listen to experts were staggering, and the damage she caused will be felt for years.

Agreed. Musk’s behaviour and rhetoric have raised serious concerns, and it’s hard to ignore the ethical implications of continuing to support his ventures. There are alternatives to both Twitter and Tesla that align better with values like accountability and respect for democratic principles.

Just finished my 2nd book of the year: β€˜My Family’ by David Baddiel. It was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster: brilliant, hilarious, but a deeply moving look at family dynamics, aging, and love. His honesty shines through as he navigates complex relationships with his parents. Recommend! #BookSky

The Tories have abandoned patriotism and replaced it with conspiracy British right is making Elon Musk's lunatic extremism acceptable

The Tories have abandoned patriotism and replaced it with conspiracy. If they’ve even the slightest sense of decency left in them, they will hang their goddamn heads in shame inews.co.uk/opinion/the-...

Here in preparation for the Threads exodus now that Zuckerberg has aligned meta with the fascists.
Any help figuring this out is appreciated! #Threads #new
