Ghost-Kananaskis Sub-regional Plan engagement Albertans can provide input on the draft vision and outcomes to help inform the development of a Ghost-Kananaskis Sub-regional Plan. Overview We are gathering input on defining the vision and outcomes for a Ghost-Kananaskis Sub-regional Plan. This is the first phase in creating the sub-regional plan. In the survey, there is an opportunity to identify your visitation activities through an interactive mapping tool. The Ghost-Kananaskis Sub-regional Plan will guide future land management decisions to reduce land-use conflicts and support sustainable recreation and tourism. Sub-regional plans should provide opportunities for Albertans to work and play, improve the overall landscape, and enable Indigenous traditional land uses.
The Alberta Government is claiming that they want your input on how to change the Ghost and Kananaskis regions. Phase 1 survey closes June 5, 2026.

Love seeing this (and we need more municipalities taking action as well). According to data obtained by @brettmckay.bsky.social with @theijf.org, Red Deer County is owed more than $4.6 MILLION in unpaid municipal taxes from delinquent O&G companies. www.thealbertan.com/innisfail-ne... #ABLeg #ABPoli

This is a meme circulating among the Alberta separatists. This is not about equalization or pipelines. It is a desire to create some sort of (dis)utopia based on conspiracy theories.
Every time this happens, I get more and more angry at the USA.
How disrespectful. How ignorant.
This is how an enemy acts, not an ally.
Time to speed up the timeline of ditching the USA.
