C'est peut-être bien plutôt le 5° (exaltation de la collaboration) qui pourrait servir de fondement. Cf. CE 30/12/2014 L'Oeuvre française. Cela étant, la participation aux commémorations de la mort de Pétain, qui pourrait être une activité de l'assoc ici en cause, est un indice subsidiaire en 2014
Un tel accord exista pour la mise en ligne de l'Eugène Pierre (le GEVIPAR était également partie à la convention en avril 2010). Je ne sais pas dans quelle mesure le partenariat est demeuré. Pour les dossiers des législatures I à VII, le projet n'est pas à l'ordre du jour
J'ai interrogé la division des archives à ce sujet: les difficultés évoquées persistent et elle n'espère la résolution du problème que dans "les prochains mois". L'échéance de "quelques semaines" paraît donc repoussée
