It was an honor to present today at the 7rh Oxford Desert conference at the University of Oxford. I talked about the Finnish geographer J. Granรถ's research in the circa Altai region - a fitting theme for the Day for Glaciers. Reconnected with colleagues from Japan, got to know more amazing scholars.
