Congrats to you all! Excellent work.
The FPbase spectra viewer just had it's biggest software refactor in 6 years. It *should* be largely invisible to the end user (hopefully just faster and less buggy). Please let me know if you find any issues as you use it!

Super excited to share my first preprint from @andersshansen.bsky.social Lab! We used MINFLUX to track chromatin (H2B-Halo and Fbn2 locus) at an unprecedented 200β―ΞΌs, then combined it with SPT to span ΞΌs-minutes (H2B) or SPT & Super-Res Live-Cell Imaging (SRLCI) to span ΞΌs-hours (Fbn2)

Our review on Light sheet illumination in single-molecule localization microscopy for imaging of cellular architectures and molecular dynamics is now published in npj Imaging!

New discovery from our #CDlab reported in Cell @cp-cell.bsky.social today:
SMC motor proteins have a left-right βgearboxβ and can switch direction in DNA loop extrusion!

We just posted a preprint about a death mechanism that we find truly surprising.
When you turn off transcription, cells die (duh!)... but did you know this happens due to loss of Pol II itself, not loss of Pol II activity!?!

Thrilled to share Luis' manuscript showing how bacterial ribonucleoprotein bodies (BR-bodies) control RNA metabolism: stress changes the bacterial biomolecular condensate material state *and* shifts function from mRNA decay to storage. #LiveCell #SingleMolecule #Microscopy @schraderlab.bsky.social
