A win for @oagmaryland.bsky.social Judge Hurson grants a temporary restraining order on ice facility in MD. They did not comply with NEPA review.

Judge Hurson acknowledged that ICE has invested considerable resources in acquiring the warehouse, but sided with @oagmaryland.bsky.social that the department did not comply with a proper NEPA review and must do so.
