Senate Republicans could pay our TSA agents and fund FEMA today. In fact, they could've funded it last week. @democrats.senate.gov brought a simple, clean bill that would fund these essential agencies while we keep negotiating on ICE and CBP.

Burton was convicted of capital murder for the 1991 shooting of Doug Battle during the robbery of an AutoZone store in Talladega, Alabama. Burton participated in the robbery but had left the building when an accomplice, Derrick DeBruce, shot and killed Battle inside, a witness testified at trial.
Not contesting Burton's involvement in the murder, but 30 years on death-row, for a crime he did not directly commit is cruel and unusual punishment... prayers for the family of the victim... their punishment has been cruel too... 🙏
