Oh wow, I would've loved to have been in the audience for that!
Same. Although, I've found that the combination of LEDs and dimmers is more important. Lutron dimmers, the most common, are by far the worst... still trying to find one that I like best, but I'm very much a not-Lutron household now.
Ha! Ha! Mercantile business!
They'll soon be back, and in greater numbers.
Neat! $job[-1] was an ITIL shop and it was interesting watching that part of my team work through an incident. I tend to run a more stripped down FEMA ICS-lite when I'm managing incidents, personally.

We have a 50% Pyr mix -- she literally makes metal surfaces ring because her bark is so deep and loud. She's the big wooly bear on the right. (The other is our Cardigan Corgi.)
Absolutely the truest merch anyone has ever made for a Pyr. And the Pyr genes are strong -- we have a ~50% mutt, and she acts like a Pyrenees except when she's acting like a thick-headed labrador puppy.
My aunt with amnesia is in a facility, but it's still quite a lot of work. I can't offer you much but solidarity and that you're not alone. My dad and I are splitting the work and it's STILL been a year with it being almost a full time job.
