Yes all my debug parties are dead broke
Productive day of tinkering with systems stuff. Reserve party members now hang out at the pub if they're not in the active party, and got the save screen slots to properly display info like the current location and how many MacGuffins you've found
Been messing around with lighting and overlays to make certain areas more atmospheric. Pretty happy with how it's going so far. Here's a few screens.

This is my way of saying that I've finally got the main menu looking and behaving the way I want. It took a lot of tweaking but I'm happy with it, for now.

The journey begins with Alex and his brother Zack enjoying a nice quiet day in their sleepy village. Gosh, I sure hope nothing bad happens!
Anyway, that's the gist of what I'm trying to make here.

Hello. This account is going to be sort of a dev log for my RPG project, working title ALEX ODYSSEY.
It's made in RPG MAKER MZ, though I'm using graphic and sound assets from RPG MAKER 2000, which I have tremendous nostalgia for. Follow along for updates and rants, whenever I feel like posting them.
