What are the free agent/transfer policies for USL? Are there windows like other pro leagues?

What are the free agent/transfer policies for USL? Are there windows like other pro leagues?
I can't imagine how stressful it will be to be within a point of relegation for the rest of the season. The last day alone will age us all 5 years. #TTID
I just finished watching too. I was surprised they called for Tudor to go, but... he hasn't exactly shown a reason to keep him. I think I'd keep him for now, but I'd be looking around just to see what options we have.
That's good news! I hope lots of them find homes soon. There are some really good players there! The timing of their release makes this so difficult.
Richarlison scores today with something other than his laces. Could be a back heel, a shin, a head, a knee...
We need a stabilizing leader who understands and respects the club, unites the fans, will play good football, and wants to stay with us for many years. That dude ticks maybe one of those boxes. It can really only be one person and everyone knows it.

This is certainly not a position any of us want our club to be in, but in a way, part of me is pleased to be compelled to again watch Spurs with bated breath.
I hope the owners and club executives are similarly awakened from the sleepwalking negligence that led us all here.

I think I represent a lot of fans when I say that I'm anxious/nervous/curious about today's game under Tudor whereas, say, a month ago many of us "felt nothing" about the miserable state of the team. We've moved past dejection/embarrassment/apathy to the unity & clarity of needing to stay up.
I don't want #THFC to be in this position. I'd much rather we were battling to play in Europe again next year, but I have to say, this relegation battle is... "entertaining" is too positive a term... I think "compelling" fits my feelings. 1/3 π§΅
Elias says that very thing very clearly. The article is about JP's elite tackling, his leadership & fight, & his poor passing. It suggests we're an inexperienced squad in a scrap and will benefit from having him back in midfield as opposed to playing CB. I thought the article was even-handed.
Fear not! The 24 tortillas will absorb the water β―οΈ
After several dark months, I have no idea how we're going to play today. Novelty is back, and with it comes hope. π€
I predict a fan base united by renewed optimism, ringing out in joyous support of our Spurs.
I'm sorry to hear that. My sympathy goes out to all of the Tormenta fans and players.
How can this happen so close to the start of the season? USL needs to examine the processes that led to this and make sure it never happens again.
Brutal takedown. I hope the board sees this! #COYS
Also, I think the severity of the situation the contestants are in allows some of our societal baggage to melt away. When they're hungry, cold, and desperately alone we can see their base humanity and recognize something we all have in common. 2/2
I haven't watched the current season yet, but it is a good show! Thanks for reminding me about it.
I know what you mean about being cautious about which ones you support. They seem to find some genuinely nice people though. 1/2
Even without Pro/Rel (yet!) there are so many new teams coming into the league that the competition is exciting and unpredictable.
I don't have any real idea if my One Knox will defend their title or finish outside the playoffs. I can't wait to find out!
How the ownership will behave with Levy out of the way largely remains to be seen. You may very well be right - they were the problem all along. In another year or so, we should have a pretty good idea of which way we're going to go.
That's an interesting viewpoint. I think Levy did a lot of good things for the club but that his micromanagement could only take us so far. Now that he's out of the way, I think it's possible for us to put the final pieces in place with proper recruitment and coaching.
I guess we'll see. For the right coach, it could be an amazing job! There's so much potential here for a leader that can unite the fans, players and board. With Levy out of the way, in a few years the right coach could build us into a perennial contender.
If the owners are not interested in putting themselves in that situation, I don't think they'll bring Poch back. I see that as a legitimate possibility.
Bringing in Poch but not keeping him happy would result in fan revolt far greater than what Levy experienced.
I think he's a competent if not excellent coach. I think he will insist on promises of financial backing and a significant role in recruiting before agreeing to come back. He'll be far more popular than our owners and will have the ability to drag them to their bank accounts if necessary.
He was spent. I think he needed to go and that we needed to move on. I don't regret that we parted ways when we did. That said, I think he's one of the few people that can unite the fan base, have the respect of the players, and has enough clout to insist the board buys quality players. #PochBack
I was the only Spurs fan that I knew for years. Around 2016, it was pointed out to me that a local bar owned by some of my friends was actually a Spurs gathering place and gave me a chance to meet lots of other Spurs fans & join an official supporter's group. In 2026, I see Spurs fans everywhere!
Around 2012, I noticed that the US finally had quality PL coverage once it moved to NBC. By chance, several of the first few matches I watched involved Spurs. Modric and Bale were exciting to watch, and the team seemed to be capable of greatness but not guaranteed of anything.
I'm still willing to hang this on Giovanni LoCelso or Tanguy Ndombele if necessary.
All that sounds great, but the big question remains! In what order is this table sorted?
I've grown to appreciate when we're behind, as I'm more convinced that we're trying to attack. Otherwise it can be difficult to tell.
Howe leaves Wednesday by mutual consent in the aftermath of a late resurgence from 9-man Spurs to rescue a point.
3-2. City lead early, Liverpool pass them up in the second half
