My take before I medicate myself this morning. But im not scared of anything except three things. Hurting people that I care for, dying by something I didnt expect, and change.
I realize many of my avoidance is not fear of others but fear of me. And how ill react to the expected behavior of them.

So if I feel lethargic, weakness in my arms and legs, and im having like a cognitive decline. Thay is an er thing not an uc thing? I went to urgent care and they have me a shot for migraines cuz thats what started this but idk
