No AI symbol
I made a simple symbol to show that something was made without AI. Yes to human creativity, no to generative AI. You can get the image files at notoai.xyz
Miss Major Griffin-Gracy passed away today according to the House of GG. She was a veteran of the Stonewall rebellion and a lifelong organizer for the safety and dignity of trans people, sex workers, and the incarcerated. She came from the same generation and milieu as Marsha and Sylvia. She was 78.

10 minutes left of tabling this market and I'm feeling insane. The playlist has had about 5 different bands on it istg
Bought a house we thought just needed a new paint job and a new fuse box, turns outs the place is dodgy diy held together with expanding foam and "the 2nd worst electrics" our electricians have seen in 30 years.
I've never understood why more people don't boycott Amazon. I just google the product name or search it on ebay, I don't think there's ever been something I couldn't find elsewhere in the 8 years since I last used it.
A dog leaping into the air to nose boof a balloon
Took Sky to the lesbian bar closing party, and she got a hell of a lot of fuss from strangers and discovered BALLOONS! π
I've got no deep takes I'm just deeply sad at what's going on politically right now
Thinking about the amount of time terfs have directly made my day worse (loads) even as a cis woman, versus the bad interactions I've had with trans people (zero). And how much the trans folks I know and love have enriched my life. Absolutely fuming at the wider harm terfs have created in this world

The best medical waiting room I've been in is when my mum was having chemo donkeys ago. Cancer care really is treated differently, the whole place had comfy cosy seats and soft warm colours (I wonder if they're also all hard and grey now)
Sat in a outsourced-to-private medical waiting room. The chairs are fancy but there's barely any. I've had to put headphones in because there's a huge tv absolutely blaring travel advertisements. I hate ittt
