Years of waiting to start HRT, only for numerous rough starts, liver trouble, and then being suggested you’re not trans enough for the turtle club. Then having a fawn response that only ends with you back feeling at the start.
My experience with transness has been layered with trauma and hearing I’m not trans enough. It’s affected much of my socializing, to where my brain consistently tries to tell me I need to hear I’m hot, beautiful, or trans enough. Girl, it sucks.
