What’s wild is that Marco Rubio isn’t even pretending anymore. He’s not hiding that the invasion of Venezuela is about oil.

#USA is not at war with #Venezuela unless and until it is authorized by an act of Congress.
Until then, it is an unconstitutional action of 47 involving the DoD in an illegal move in Venezuela.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.
