@teamenglish1.bsky.social Sadly, the reality for the 65 teachers at my school is full-on anxiety: we ended the year without a timetable due to incompetence. Even the PT teachers don't know which days they're working. Never known anything like it in 22 years of teaching.

..and one that I have to work hard at as well as it changes for each class: so knowing your kids is so important for it to be effective.
