I am immensely proud of @booker.senate.gov right now. At least he's showing some fight. At least he gets how serious this moment is. This isn't a game. This isn't normal politics. I'm glad someone seems to recognize the urgency of the moment. #onward
I don't disagree. I've said for years that Dems/liberals/progressives love making policy, but hate playing politics while the opposite is true for the GOP.
We have to learn how to be good at both. It doesn't matter if you like it. We navigate the world as it is to get to the world as it should be.
We can do better, #Louisiana. But we have to make the conscious decision with our vote to do better.
If we want something different, we have to do something different.

Ok, so it looks like I'm on Bluesky now. I do kinda like the UI a bit better. Feels less messy/cluttered but obviously the biggest difference: a little less Nazis, a little more compassion over here. Nice.
