I had talked to my doctor about decreasing the dose back to the original 1.5 the starting dosage of the Zepbound. She was in agreement that maybe it was good to give my body a break.

Weight loss update:
I’ve been in a plateau/ maintenance cycle for abt 5 months now. I still haven’t reached my goal weight of 180 yet. It varies from be the day being 10 to 15 pounds a week from that goal.
Since the scale is not really moving in, my hair is still freaking falling out 😅
It feels like it’s been a long 3 years already 😢 I just hope it doesn’t last longer.

Things I have done today: couple of loads of laundry, packing away some blankets and winter clothes, I built a bench that doubles as a shoe hide for my entryway, I built the coat hanger rack to go over the bench that will hang on the wall, I’ve swept and mopped and cleaned my bathrooms…
