There was a time where Dixie Kong’s importance to the Donkey Kong series was relatively dismissed. And unlike many of the beloved characters from the mid-1990s, that trend began even before the Rare buyout.
Very glad she’s been prominent since Tropical Freeze and is so essential to the new era.
