I dunno, you still need to show up to protest against the Nazis.
It's just a question of the most effective tactics. Sitting there looking bored isn't working. Walking out en masse would make news and interrupt his speech and attention in a meaningful and powerful way.
Why are Democrats incapable of collective action? Walk out together. Everyone at once.
