That’s just awful. I don’t know what we’re supposed to do.
I’m a MA resident and received my ACA premium statement for 2026 in the mail today. I currently pay $370 a month and in 2026 my premium will be $1052 a month. I can’t afford that increase so I guess I go to the bare minimum plan and hope I don’t get sick. This should not be the state of health care.
It shouldn’t be this way. I understand completely what you are going through. I just got my 2026 premium and it is going from $370 (2025) to $1052 (2026) for just me. My husband gets his insurance through his retirement so we’ll see what his does.

American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.
