Thatβs so lovely to hear! Thank you, Sarah
I regard all food as comfort food, but #RecipeOfTheDay would score high by any metric: itβs Meatballs with Orzo! I even find the mindless repetitive action of rolling the little meatballs calming, though you may, of course, choose to buy ready-rolled meatballs. www.nigella.com/recipes/meat...
Thank you!
Attention all those harbouring any overripe bananas in their kitchen: #RecipeOfTheDay is Chocolate Banana Muffins in all their darkly smouldering glory! www.nigella.com/recipes/choc...

Wonderful, Dale!
You mean youβre not actually screaming yet?
I mentioned mash yesterday and, as it happens, #RecipeOfTheDay is a particularly gorgeous form of mashed potatoes: Brown Butter Colcannon! www.nigella.com/recipes/brow...

Result all round! Excellent
I remove them while eating
Iβm always excited to announce that my take on that French classic, Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, is #RecipeOfTheDay! Do make sure you have some good bread to go with it, though mashed potatoes could also be given serious consideration. www.nigella.com/recipes/chic...
Itβs glorious! Thank you, Tracy β and I hope the weekend is kind to you
My pleasure!
Thatβs a fabulous story!
Oh yes!
The squishing is done as I eat, by the way, not on serving
I like the way the garlic steams sweetly inside their skins, and I very much do not like peeling garlic! I just squish out the almost caramelised garlic by pressing down on them with a fork.

Thank you so much, Tracy! π
I was rather anxious as I began reading your post and enormously relieved and grateful afterwards! Phew, and thank you!
When I was writing my baking book, I put in a New York cheesecake, which gave me the obvious name for my Granny Lawsonβs recipe. And, on cue, London Cheesecake is #RecipeOfTheDay! www.nigella.com/recipes/lond...
Thatβs so lovely to hear
Youβre too kind!
Thank you so much on both counts!! (And even more exclamation marks from me!)
I second this
