T1. How do you best use your books? Via audio? paperback? Hardcover? E-reader? Do share a glimpse into your reading habit, and tell us why this works for you? #healthxph

T1. Mainly audiobooks plus hard/paperbacks copy when I can sit for long. Audiobooks are great for travel, during exercise too! #healthxph

T3. I honestly don't know now. The social groups and environment is rapidly changing. It's like hitting a fast moving target. That's why I would first ask our current data- where and who's the engagement target. and technology might help us on this. But im all ears to all suggestions. #healthxph

Or AI chatbots. There are some parallel studies on some other "diseases" where patients prefer AI chatbots as navigators. I'm not sure if this is applicable here, but worth exploring if it helps. #healthxph

If this is the case, this should be where majority of social media engagements / intervention should be. There are tools specific for this. #Healthxph

T2. Agree with this, but which social media? Are we engaging in the platforms where these young people are? #Healthxph

This is amazing. I'm not sure how deep and encompassing our HIV database is right now. But I assume we have gathered some important trends. Maybe look for similarities in geographies, groups, institutions etc through data analyses and target engagementthrough these pipelines. Just maybe #Healthxph

28.02.2026 13:33 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Could be. But I argue for both, prevention is still better than cure for say HIV and or chronic diseases. #healthxph

28.02.2026 13:25 ๐Ÿ‘ 0 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

A usecase example of " an ounce of prevention is better than a ton of cure" . #healthxph

T1. Maybe the strategy should engage the groups where young people go- schools? Peers? Family? social groups? what does our data currently show? #Healthxph

28.02.2026 13:20 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

here (allegedly) incidence of PLHIV is still increasing in both adult and pediatric population. I'm not sure if thats because of aggressive detection or an exact picture of its true incidence. #Healthxph

T3. I don't know if its the kindest. All i know is that saying "i don't know" when you really don't know may actually save lives. Awareness of what we can or can't do with something we actually don't know is a tough skill. #healthxph

21.02.2026 13:56 ๐Ÿ‘ 2 ๐Ÿ” 1 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

T2. Same. But I say up front, "i don't know yet, because is something new to my practice or is beyond my expertise". But I go back to patient and say what I gather from colleagues who are expert on that particular case. #healthxph

21.02.2026 13:41 ๐Ÿ‘ 2 ๐Ÿ” 1 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Risk stratification according to literature. if the mortality rate is 5% for elderly hip surgery, i say the patient will have 1-5 over 100 people risk of dying, in lay mans term. #healthxph

21.02.2026 13:29 ๐Ÿ‘ 2 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I for one don't use it. Ambiguous to many and may signal that the patient's condition is "severe" . #healthxph

21.02.2026 13:23 ๐Ÿ‘ 1 ๐Ÿ” 0 ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1 ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

T1. 50-50 connote ambiguity to some but may actually "signal" that the patient condition is grave or severe. So I don't use this term. #healthxph
