I get why people wanna ditch Audible, but please don’t throw indies with the bathwater.
It costs $2k-5k to produce an audiobook. Being exclusive with Audible gives us 40% royalty. I have to sell roughly 1000 copies of Love Immortal just to earn back the money I spend on it.

I started Names for the Dawn by CL Beaumont recently and the writing is so gorgeous. It’s historical (90s lol) romance with a trans man park ranger and wolf biologist. The author was realizing he was trans while writing the book. I actually have to take breaks bc it feels so real to me
