"Now is the time of monsters" is the quote this quilt's patchwork created in red and white on a crazy quilt background in shades of grey.
I started this quilt when we learned about the Trump admin rendering men to a death camp in El Salvador without due process. It's meant to evoke the chaos and disjointed nature of this admin.
This is the quilt hanging at Art A Whirl in Minneapolis last weekend.
If only ten year old me knew what she was missing.
