I didn’t realize how much I truly missed good Louisville basketball until this year. I was convinced I didn’t really care anymore. I was wrong. Thank you Pat Kelsey.

I need a variety of things too. Weight lifting helps because of the rotation of body parts. Walking is always available. Thoughts that helped me with consistency -Anything is better than nothing. Don’t let one “off”day turn into a week of them. Progress not perfection.

Last year I had one goal for exercise, consistency. It makes all the difference in the world. Some days are better than others, but as long as you show up you win.

I wish I was there. Just going by the strength and conditioning coach on Tv and what someone posted who was there. Apparently they brought him out in a wheelchair.

I am crossing all my fingers and toes😉 but the body language and consoling by the staff didn’t look good.

I’m thinking Pryor may be out for the year😢
