Travelling between Scarborough and York on 9.55. Once again, doors not opened until 5 minutes prior to departure, no ticket inspection and toilets are horrible. Just not good enough TPE.
Well done TPE! You cancel the 09.54 train off Scarborough then on the 10.54 make everyone wait until 4 minutes before departure to open the doors. Now, not a single ticket inspection. When will you adopt some real customer service and look after your passengers?
