I've updated the camera movement script for Islands of the Caliph too (as I did in Cyclopean). I tried to fix it before, but the player would sporadically spin around in the wrong direction :)

This might not look like much, but I coded a scanline/flicker mimicking the Game Boy's 10 sprite per scanline limit, and draw order.
Had a lot of help from my rendering engineer girlfriend Vivian, for whom such code is a piece of cake. But I'm still proud. It's for a game.
I'm playing Morrowind on the side right now. I tried it a few years back and couldn't appreciate it for some reason. Now I'm old and like retro aesthetics π
ESO is a good MMO, the only thing I hate is the non existent difficulty, but they're finally adding difficulty options this year β€οΈ
I wanted to make my shader beginner guides focus on one topic so it isn't overwhelming. That topic is UVs.

I def see hiccups here and there where the fps dropped because my potato can't handle the game AND obs.
But I ordered a Ethernet cable to use steamlink with my deck. So hopefully this will work.
