This really makes me wish the entire Nanoha Vivid manga got adapted into anime, this was SO GOOD!! It's basically like a shounen battle show, but everyone is a girl, and it's a sport, and it's also gay, and I love it~❤️
Minus the lil' bit of unnecessary fanservice, that I could do without...

Finished watching Vivid Strike. (Well, still got a special episode left, but I finished the main season)
Unlike Nanoha Vivid, this season told a complete story within that world they set up, and a REALLY Well-Written and Well-Executed one too! And just like that, it's the better season!

This right here may just be my first candidate for anime of the year... And it aired 10 years ago...
It'd have been so easy to fill this list with the cast of Asuka 120% but... I was sensible and picked just one character per game/series. It was the only way I could narrow it down.
This wasn't my first RPG, but it was the game that got me into RPGs.
I didn't really get Final Fantasy V and EarthBound which I'd played before it, I mean I was like, 7~8 years old, and it definitely didn't help that FFV was in Japanese xD
But I understood Mario alright!

It was hard to pick just 9... I picked SDVX and Love Live SIF, ended up leaving Project Mirai DX out... That was the more formative game for me, but my current taste is shaped much more by the other two...
I also left out Super Mario World, my first game (probably), among others...
Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time (3D), Asuka 120% Special Burning Fest, Dragon Quest III, Sound Voltex, Love Live School Idol Festival, Arcana Heart 3 Love Max SixStars Extend, Magical Chase and Densetsu no Stafy.
I remember when people used to call these their "3x3" and it was usually their favourite anime...

But also like, exclusives are only part of the answer, my big reason for buying a games' system is getting an experience I can't easily get elsewhere, hence my strong appreciation of the Wii and 3DS, and also why I have a PS Vita.

Motion inputs, air-dashes, juggle combos, super moves and all!

Denshattack was also good btw, but I wanna change the controls... I wanna jump with A, drift with B, change lanes with L and R and do tricks with the D-Pad...

Tried out some Next Fest demos and, In Falsus here is FAR AND AWAY My Highlight! Much like Mash:VP Re-Vision, it's a rhythm game that feels right outta the arcade! I LOVE IT~❤️
You play it with 6 keys and by moving the mouse left and right, but I played with my pocket voltex, and it was PERFECT!
Honestly, the more I hear from straight women, the more I'm glad not to be one of them... It is TRULY a blessing...

I did it with the Linkle mod on my Wii, it was... Good.
It did turn out to be a good game in the end, despite all the padding, and how it feels like they ran out of time while making it... There's more good here than not.

2014 and 2016 were gap years where I didn't watch much (if any) anime at all, and before 2011 I hadn't found my niche yet, and didn't feel particularly strongly about all that much...
Ironically though, 2020~2022 are pretty fuzzy for me... I need some time to think over those...

Actually, nevermind, that was a quest for a heart piece, the other character appears when you finished the dungeon that requires the previous character, so turns out you have to do the dungeons in order... What a tease...
