This is wild that Rs think it's Dems that are framing this. Dems for the most part, with a few solid exceptions, aren't saying shit! Leadership certainly isn't! But this is still good news, it's the first step towards stopping this insanity.

My rav4 prime gets almost 3x better gas mileage on ICE than my old Subaru wagon. We charge it off the 110V at night and most days only need electrons. Here it is being awesome.
