Totally agree the retaliation by Israel caused too much suffering in Palestine and should end immediately. There were, however, hostages taken by Hamas and Hamas has not declared that all hostages have been returned. I just don't understand why the hostages aren't returned to remove Israel's reason.
Are there hostages that could be released to prevent Israel from using that as an excuse?
