Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT got a taste of entryism when bird-dogging public meetings under NSC-131's PINE group, and has progressed to harassing Pride events at local churches under his NENP label.

His eyes are plainly visible, and he gestures toward the camera with his right hand closed in a fist, except for a raised index finger, palm toward himself. This is part of a three-part gesture where he flashes one finger, then three, then one, to represent the "131" in "NSC-131". The third is of Garcia during May 2025, attending a legislative session concerning homeschooling at the Connecticut State Capitol building. He wears a light blue button-up shirt, with a white t-shirt underneath. He holds a piece of "New England National Party" propaganda to his chest. His face is plainly visible.
Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT is a neo-Nazi organizer, highly likely to be responsible for violence at the Red Ink Library during 02/2022 as NSC-131 member "Phillip Roberts," and is the owner of the "New England National Party" LLC registered in his home state.
