Just so folks who don’t read it are clear: not only does Owendoff send texts directly to Ryan’s phone, but then a minute later Ryan turns around and basically turns the text into a question from the dais!
A lot of these folks traffic in plausible respectability, so it’s helpful to have clear evidence of who they are.
I always say good politicians know whose opinions to value most. I hope councilors take these texts into account when making that judgment.
