I work full time and I try to squeeze at least one per day. From time to time, I'll try to get a few more if possible. On weekends I'll try to do more though. As long as I'm fairly consistent and get a lot of practice, I'm good.
Do you do anything like exercise? Maybe that could be something you do since you're tired all the time.
It's fine to do absolutely nothing tbh. Sleep or just stare at the wall for a bit. Or meditate. Clears your head.

From my experience, no. But it also depends on how big you end up building your booth. I have a good bit of room. Nearly 7 x 7 x 7. I can send my raw sample later when I get home if you want the measure for how it sounds because I am no audio engineer.
My noise floor is -60db, and I just covered the top of me with a moving blanket too tbh.
I was able to with my diy setup! I myself have concrete walls where I live too. Moving blankets and pvc pipes!
