CNN was making a fairly large deal about how the regime change aspects of the attack were led by israel. Presumably this was to cover for trump's sidestepping of congress and argue that he was defending an ally more than starting a war. I think israel leaking this weakens that (ridiculous) argument

The tariffs are his way of strong-arming countries/companies into complying with him. I don't know if he genuinely he views them as economkcally useful, but he definitely loves using the threat of tariffs in negotiations (which he said directly while announcing the drug pricing deal with Pfizer)

Again, it is just straightforwardly the case right now that the U.S. Constitution is no longer in effect. That isn't hyperbole. If the legislative branch and the judiciary sit idly by while the president flagrantly violates the Constitution, I'm not sure how else you'd describe it.
