Alestair found out he is very good at killing. This didn't upset him, instead he decided he could make A LOT of gil through this talent. Alestair is morally gray- he does have (very few) people he cares about, otherwise he is quite aloof and unsympathetic. He knows morally what he does as work is 'wrong', but that doesn't bother him much. Also, sometimes he wears a suit when carrying out a hit and sometimes he wears...whatever this sexy thing is.
