better, honestly and I am grateful for every day that I am not depressed. I hope others can find this peace too. It is a miracle.

I also have a close knit community of musicians here in Portland and the bands I am in are so much fun and full of good people.
I thought at first TMS didn’t work and had a week of a terrible depression but now I think it may have helped significantly. I am so grateful I thought I would never get

I have not been depressed for three weeks straight and I previously had been depressed for most of my adult life (I am 32). I think it could be a combo of a few things that did it for me. I did transcranial magnetic stimulation, I started the medication “Auvelity” and I have two wonderful partners.
